What areas do you service?

We service all of Polk County and surrounding counties.

How do I place an order?

As soon as you pick a date for your event you can reach out by sending a direct message and we can get the process started! 

How far in advance should I book?

We ask that you reach out to us 3 weeks before your event so that balloons can be ordered and delivered in time for your special day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards.

How do I reserve a date?

When you place an order with me and I receive full payment your date will be reserved. 

Can you do an onsite/in-person visit?

Yes! We would be more than happy to come and visit to see what may be best for you!

How many days will the balloons last?

As long as your balloons are in a controlled environment inside away from sunlight and heat your balloons can last weeks! Outside in the Florida heat and humidity, they aren’t guaranteed to last. Balloons will pop when exposed to sunlight and heat.

How many colors can we pick?

3 to 4 colors depending on the size of garland you order. If we start adding too many colors it starts looking busy and won’t have a seamless look

Can I request a certain pattern?

You most definitely can! I have multiple vendors that may carry what you are looking for and if not we can come up with an alternative method to still tie in your theme of choice.

Do you deliver helium balloons/bouquets?

Unfortunately, we do not currently work with helium! We hope to do so in the future

Can you add shimmering or print balloons?

Yes! Custom balloons of any kind can be requested but there is an up charge for specialty balloons.

Can we order the foil balloons?

Yes! Any specialty balloons requested we can definitely order! The price will vary on the size.

Do you guys make organic custom garlands?

We do! We can make any theme you are looking for! 

Do you deliver outside of Polk County?

Yes, we will deliver to anywhere in Florida but there is a charge of $4 per mile after the first FREE 10 miles.
